CHF QUERI is initiating the Echocardiographer Network (Echo Network) consisting of a echocardiographe provider at each VA facility to improve heart failure care throughout the VA Healthcare System. To be effective, this Echocardiographer Network will communicate via live meetings, conference calls, e-mails and the CHF QUERI's website. Currently echocardiographers at 63 VA facilities and heart failure providers at the other facilities have been identified to test and implement effective strategies to improve the quality of care of heart failure patients.
